Yes there is a website, but only the agencies who assign the simcard to the owners have access to that and not the common public

Okay, thanks John. I was hoping to learn the identity of the owner of a phone I found in my husbands posession... recently I asked that I review all his calls and magically now there is new phone that I'm not suppose to have found and since I do the bills and know he is not paying for it I'd like to know who is... Of coarse the phone was dead when I found it and so I guess i"ll have to go buy a phone charge for that phone to know more details...
