Finding a blog

So one of my friends started a blog and i will post a picture of the layout of the blog she wrote in.
Is there a good way for me to find that blog or is there any way some one else can find it?
I will post the picture the second I get my hands on a computer

And yes it is Hebrew.

tried already but no results , the blog itself is probably in hebrew but i need at least the site itself so I will have a direction to search at

as i said earlier...u need something to start with...technology is cool but its still not magic...
if u cant come up with more specific detail, its like searching for a needle in a haystack...

If I only knew what site corresponds with the layout , I cheked all the popular blogs and none of them match
