Solved! Fingerprint not working

I am recently bought Asus Zenbook 3F UX370UAR. It came with windows 10 student version. Now I changed it to W10 Pro. now fingerprint and windows hello is not working, did not even showing in the settings. I tried to update the driver through device manager. But it is showing I have the latest version of the driver installed. Sometimes it is showing some error while manually updating the driver from the device manager.
is there any solution?

Update to the latest version of windows10.

Reinstall the drivers from the ASUS support homepage:
https://www.asus.com/2-in-1-PCs/ASUS-ZenBook-Flip-S-UX370UA/HelpDesk_Download/

including fingerprint (there are 3 drivers on the ASUS site, in the others and hotfix section), chipset, intel management engine and ATK driver

I have tried to update Windows. but is is showing an error message
"There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: (0x80240fff)"


I am already reinstall the fingerprint driver so many times. But no use.

Is the problem is because of the Windows 10 update?
