Solved! Fire TV 2nd generation stuck in demo mode

My fire tv 2nd generation is stuck in demo mode. It only showed demo of the Alexa devices on screen. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?, Please help.

I don't have the original remote. Is there any other way?. It seem that I can't pair a new remote with this box.

which remote is it? Where did you get it from?

the older fire tv remote without volume button. I got them from Ebay. I try to use it on the fire tv 2nd generation that is in demo mode with orange light. How to pair them and eliminate demo mode with orange light on the fire tv 2nd gen?.
