My android mobile micromax D321 can't start. It only shows opening window.

I hate to say it, but the phone may be done for. Phone flashing is a bit of a double-edged sword. It can seem useful, but it is actually quite dangerous for the phone. Not to mention the legalities of it.

It sounds like it may have bricked/damaged your phone, permanently.
