Fn key stuck

I don't know how to turn off the Fn key. I my Samsung R480 is from about 2010. I do not see a lock key next to F12 as someone suggested. Probably I just don't reconize it. Thanks

Is it physically stuck? Or is it like whenever you press a butting it does the function form of it?

If it is not physically stuck then all you have to do to "un-function" it just press the function key again and hold it if you want to do the normal. On any keyboard I've had, It really wouldn't be a problem, but I dont know your layout.
