IBM is crying like a little girl. As if Apple had any sort of possible chance competing with IBM when it comes to their respective real world markets.

Let the dude try something else. Christ. Apple could use a few new PC based brains over there...

If he didn't become a full time employee of Apple, can he work with Apple as an independent consultant? If you think about it, how can anyone who is tired of working at a particular company make a change in their life if they can't work at a competitor? Usually when you leave for another job, it's in the same industry. I don't see how that is fair.
