If you are planning a strategy or something serious about the game, you need to make sure that you and your partner or every member of your squad takes it seriously. Let Them Know of the Loot:

If you are in a building where you find two Sniper Rifles, you should call it out like “Hey I have found two Snipers, do you want one?” So this way, if your partner or anyone on in the squad is in need of a sniper, he will come to your location and get it. This way, your friends will be able to get weapons, items and resources that they need the most.
Point Out an Enemy if You See One:
Another important point. Most of the people try to be a hero and take the chance of killing an enemy alone. Don’t do this! There may be a partner nearby. So what you need to do instead is to point out the enemy and his location to your partner or squad members and then take him out by planning.
Discuss Everyone’s Part in Building a Base:
If you are creating a base, you will need help from your friends as well. So if you don’t plan out the creation of base and everyone is building whatever they want, you will not get a base you wanted, it will be like a Frankenstein.
