Question Fps drop in fortnite

When playing forcibly most of the time from 45 fps it reaches 15 fps.
Specify laptop:
processor: AMD Radeon A8-7410 with radeon r5 graphics 2.2ghz turbo boost 2.5GHz
video card: AMD Radeon r5 m430 2GB
Ram: 8Gb ddr3 1600mhz
Storage: HDD 500GB
Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64 bit
No overclock

I have a hp 15-ba004nq laptop and in games (Fortnite, CS GO, Apex Legends, etc.) the processor is 75-91 degrees. I have a cooler pad. The laptop has 8gb ram in total. How the decay would drop the temperature or cpu usage
