my os wont load up...ive tried safe mode....and repairing from last working config its switches to the"loading window files" but never moves if let it run for hours ...ive also tried f10 to reboot this is what i see

I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO NEXT PLEASE HELP !!!!

you can boot with windows cd and do a repair installation feature
