You can't download a graphics card. Unless of course, you can download PCB silicon board:

I want to be able to download a Ferrari. That would be awesome.

Of course if you had access to a Star Trek replicator that would work. Maybe put it under your pillow and maybe just maybe the graphics card ferry will visit you in the night.
