Free m3u playlist creator w. Kanji support?

Hi guys,
Was wondering if any of you know free m3u playlist creator which support Kanji?
Because at this moment I am using Playlist creator 3.6.2 and I cant insert all of my Japanese song in.

It all depends on what player you will play your playlist. Since .m3u files are ordinary text files, your player must be able to understand Unicode-enabled text files (so that you can enter non-Latin characters in it, without then being converted to ???).

Most searches for "m3u Unicode", on the other side, say that it is not supported, so I think you have to live with that. It sucks - I am also using non-Latin alphabet, and I know....

Edit: Apparently, there's M3U8 playlist format, which supports Unicode...
