Free toshiba laptop recovery disk

Hello,
i was on toshiba recovery stag 2 computer set up when escape was pressed now icannot boot up i had no back up disk cant do anything

There should be a back up partition on it that you can access via hitting alt+f10 or f5 as soon as you turn the computer on.
