Frozen laptop problem

Solution
Hello

It seems that the system drive (mostly it is the C: drive) is running out of free space and because of this the system files are not being able to load properly.

> Uninstalling any unused/unwanted programs.

> Moving any unnecessary/unused/unwanted files from the desktop or Documents folder to somewhere other than C: drive. (Such as to D: or E:).

> Cleaning the Temp folder. (Go to Run and type %TEMP%, and delete all the files from the folder.)

Once all the above steps are completed, make sure that...

Once all the above steps are completed, make sure that the C: drive has at least 2GB to 3GB free disk space before you start your Windows normally.

Let me know if this helps. :)
