Frozen picture 55" Sceptre

Screen is frozen. I have sound, and can view th guide and change channel. But the picture stays frozen on discovery channel. No idea what to do.

If you have a cable box try rebooting that since it is tuning in Discovery channel not the TV.
If you don't have a box try unplugging the TV from AC, wait 5 minutes and plug it in again.
You can check with Sceptre on the procedure to do a factory reset on your particular model.
