Solved! Fujji xt10, black screen, how to solve

hey i have a camera fujji xt 10 , i turn it on the screen is black-greyish , all buttons does not work by pressing them and also if i turn off the camera the screen stays black-greyish and it wont turn off unless i remove the battery, now if it helps, i tried connecting my camera to my pc using a wire that is not for the camera, when i plugged it in the screen turned instantly into white and then black-greyish

I have an XT1.
That sounds bad. About the only thing you can do is try a freshly charged battery. After that, send it to Fuji for a fix.

This doesn't look like a user fixable issue.
