Solved! Full screen mode

Hello, My kid pressed a button on my keyboard and every time I open a window or anything the top portion of the screen is black. I have to press F11 to exit the mode its in every time I open or move a window from my connected screen to my laptop screen (using 2 screens). How can I fix this? thank you!

Once you exit the full screen, make sure you log off or reboot the laptop properly to save the settings. Put the program to normal view, exit it. Reboot, open it again, it should keep the setting.
