G430 vs Cloud 2

I know the Cloud 2 is better but is it worth the extra money? The other thing is that the "lightweight" design of the G430s are very appealing as my room gets extremely warm. Last thing, i dont want a "pair of headphones and a clip on mic" as i plan on going to lan competitions.

Why not get the Cloud 1 and save money? Don't need the 2 over the 1, first one is the best because It's the best price to performance ratio headset. Cloud 2 only gives has software based surround as an extra feature compared to the 1.
