I cant seem to download apps to my sd card on my 7' galaxy tab 3. Plz help

On all phones and tablets I've dealt with, apps have to be downloaded on to the internal storage. The memory card is only for storing user's files such as documents, pictures and music, plus data related to apps, but not the apps themselves

While on most tablets you canmove them to the SD card after you installed them, I dont think the Tab3 even allows that...
