Galaxy S4 16GB Internal Storage

The 16GB S4 actually only has 7.65GB of usable space.

Is there a way to improve this on a modded S4? If anyone has done so, how much usable space did they end up with?

A lot of stuff can be placed on an external memory card

My question is about improving the internal memory storage. I tend to use ALL 64GB of my external sd card for other files. I wouldnt be here otherwise
