Galaxy SII Mini Worth it?

I'm considering getting an S3 Mini, was wondering if anybody had one and could tell me any pros and cons it has against the regular S3. Reviews haven't been very helpful.

If you're buying off-contract and want a mini fast spec phone for low money, the Sony Xperia U is awesome. Dual 1GHz Cortex A9 and ARM Mali 400 graphics, 280dpi display, £150. Really nice bit of kit.

I found an awesome deal on CPW for 17.50 a month with 450 mins, 5000 texts and 500mb data. Tried to purchase it, passed credit check but failed security check. Daftest thing ever. Now I have to re-apply for the phone again. Or might just ignore the hassle and purchase something else on pay as you go
