Question galileo pro freezes during factory reset

tablet lets me get all the way to putting in a lock code and says it has been accepted but will not go any farther.

It was being slow and sluggish. Cleaning didn't help.

A device after a reset should not require a lock code. So are you even able to reset it? A little more clarification is needed.

What steps are you taking, and what is happening, exactly?
