Almost a year ago i found some cheap gamming laptops on amazon.es with the particulatiry that all of them have the AZERTY keyboard layout.

I purchased a Acer Aspire V with a 6700 and a GTX 960M for slightly less than 670€ (near 50% discount). I think that if you find it it's the best deals you could get.

Option B, take a refurbised laptop like this one:
ASUS GL552VW-DM149 with a GTX 960 for 599€
Acer Aspire V Nitro again with a GTX 960M for 873€

In amazon if you are aware of offers you could cut a lot of money.

I would definetly take something that has a SSD inside. Yoy can always buy 1TB external drive for your music, videos, etc...
700$ is not really much for a gaming laptop...I'll try to find some and post it here.

Didn't find anything "fairly new" with discrete graphics card.
For LOL I know that dedicated graphics (intel HD) will do just fine (maybe you'll have to set shadows to medium/low).
GTA V, not so sure how a laptop can handle...
A desktop would be way better, if you want to ditch (laptop's) mobility.
