Gaming laptop for 600-700$

I would like to have a gaming laptop for around 650$. If it can be nvidia graphics that's awesome! If not that is fine, I just want a laptop that can run Minecraft with 200 fps. I am a newbie so if this sounds dumb... Sorry. Also I would like it to be pretty up to date like 2013 or 2014 model.

A nVidia 750M is fairly weak as far as GPU's go... and even they aren't common in laptops at the $600 price point.

What is the point in 200FPS? Few displays are rated above 60Hz (even those are only 120Hz) so anything faster than that isn't shown anyways.
