Not going to go into a lot of detail, but for processor I would recommend AMD's Llano chips, or if you can wait a month maybe Trinity, the next generation. These APUs combine cpu power with gpu power, very handy.

Anything with a dedicated GPU will be good. My Zenbook with Intel's HD 3000 GPU can run the game just fine on the lowest settings.

What about the medium setting? I saw this computer > HP Pavilion dv6 Select Edition 15.6" Core i5 Laptop

What do you think about it? :)

Not an integrated one like Intel's HD 3000/4000. For example, that first laptop has a GT 630M or an even better GT 650M. Both of those dedicated GPU's will be fine for D3.

Any of those should be fine for Diablo 3. Go to your local PC store to see which one you like best and feels good.

I would suggest looking at the Sager NP6165 and DV6t Quad Edition (with the GT 650M and 1920x1080 display upgrades)

For the Sager NP6165, follow this link to the configuration page. Select Windows 7 under Operating System. It will be $949 no tax.

For the HP DV6t Quad Edition, follow this link to a saved configuration that includes the GT 650M GPU upgrade and the 1920x1080 display upgrade. Don't downgrade the display to 1366x768, because 15.6" 1366x768 displays make things onscreen large and tend to have very poor image quality due to low contrast. Don't downgrade to the GT 630M GPU because it is considerably less powerful than the GT 650M, and don't upgrade to the 2GB version of the GT 650M because there will tend not be an appreciable difference in game performance due solely to an additional gigabyte of memory on a GPU of this level. Apply coupon code NBW9325 to make it $949+tax.

These are on USA websites.
