ok im selecting the two laptops...i want the best one for gaming, i dont mind the price, its only the performance, i need one because i travel alot and desktop is not an answer...

Please help me with these two, if you have the same laptop please share me your gaming experience...i like alienware with ati 5870 but the thing is nvidia has constant updates for their gpus...please share some comments and perspective between the two...thanks!

1 5870 is more powerful than 1 GTX 460M;therefore, 2 of them are significantly faster than a GTX 460M,so the AW one will perform better for gaming.

If you dont mind the price go for the one thats more sturdy, the M17 has a Magnesium chassis, with i beleave an aluminum frame, no idea what goes into the asus, not to mention you can customize the M17. then again if you do alot of traveling you might want to consider something a little smaller like the M15. i traveld alot also, and lugging around a computer this big with its large power supply gets realy old reallly fast. but if your up to it get a messanger bag fill it with about 15 pounds and walk around for a day, thats what you will be traveling with.

the eon is a rebrand of clevo. there not that well built to be honest, although the new one does have some changes that are intresting, that one might be worth a look at.
