Hi, I need a new laptop for work/gaming away from home in the UK. I've looked through some other threads here but i can't seem to find alot of the laptops recommended in UK retailers

more portable but i dont mind carrying something big and heavy.

Hello and welcome to the forums
Well i don't recommend going with the ASUS G70,because its outdated and there are laptops with better CPUs and graphics,such as Dell Studio 17

Hi, thanks for your help!
I've been looking at dell's studios for awhile now, with the next processor and battery up I can get the base price of that system to over £999 so I can use the 10% discount and get it for £745 + £20 shipping.

Do you think this would be the best i can get for my money?
