gaming laptop or nexus 7?

I bought a nexus 7 32GB about 3 months ago and I'm thinking of selling it and getting a gaming laptop for school. Should I sell my Nexus 7 and get a laptop like MSI GX60?

The gaming will be drastically better on a laptop, particularly a GX60.... around £1000 but well worth it...
