1)What is your budget?
-Anything less than 1800 USD or 1300 euro or 1200

2)What is the size of the notebook that you are considering?
-17" is the best choice for me but if there is another laptop in the price range with high performance please let me know :)

3)What screen resolution do you want?
-Doesn't matter

4)Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop?
-Portability is not a major issue but of course if 2 identical laptops, the smaller one will be prefered.

5)How much battery life do you need?
-Not an issue but hopefully over 30min :p

6)Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)?
-Yes :) Definately CoD4 with atleast 90fps on lowest settings 1024x860 but if it can manage with higher graphics even better :D Also World of Warcraft low-mid, Warcraft 3 TFT all high ofc, Diablo 3 when it comes out and HOPEFULLY CoD:MW2 with a playable 40 fps on lowest settings possible when it comes out.

7)What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo / Video editing, surfing the web, playing music, watching movies, Etc.)
-Gaming mostly and on some occasions using basic photoshop, listening music, videos, surfing web, using office.

8)How much storage (H.D.D Capacity) do you need?
-Over 100GB but the higher the better ofcourse

9)If you are considering specific sites to buy from, please post the links to them.
-None

10)How long do you want to keep your laptop?
-4 years minimum most probably 5

11)If you would like to mention some other things about purchasing your ideal laptop, post them.
-Gaming performance is the key as long as its in my price range, everything else is extra

12)Please tell us about the brands that you prefer to buy from them and the brands that you don't like and explain the reasons.
-No preference but prefer more or less famous brands so if I need repairs or something I don't need to send it to China :)

13)What country do you live in?
-Cyprus, will be buying laptop from UK tho most probably or Russia but location of a dealer is not a major factor.

I been looking at laptops for a while now one of the laptops that caught my eye is Alienware m17 with following specifications:
M17®

Display: 17-inch WideXGA+ 1440 x 900 LCD (720p)
Graphics Processor : Dual 512MB ATI® Mobility Radeon™ HD 3870 – CrossFireX™ Enabled!

P.S. On the alienware m17, will the p8400 processor be a serious bottleneck for the two beasts 3870s?

Thx man, this is exactly the kind of reply I wanted :) but too bad they dont ship to outside US: "We only ship to the 50 US states and APO/FPO addresses as listed in the selection box above. We do not ship internationally or to Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands."
Gonna try to find a dealer somewhere in europe now :)

Yeah well that wont be a problem ^^
they also have a UK website, basically the same thing, but you pay in poundss
the price will be converted so it wont turn into 1775 pounds, but I think 1,100 pounds
so if that's within your budget, looks like it's a tiny bit better thanks to the processor.
don't give up so fast, keep looking around.
also
if you check after a couple of days or weeks, they have some good stuff, like free shipping, 5% instant rebate, upgrade to windows 7, and sometimes free upgrades, like harddrive and processors

by the way, $1700 isn't 1300 euro's,
this website updates at least once a day, and I use it ^^
