I'm talkin the sub 600usd laptops
i did a little digging im gonna settle for a lowend-ish laptop, (just 1 game that i really want to play.)
930m are everywhere, and 940m are slightly above my budget. would like to know about AMD options.

Then theres the processors. i3 and i5s are both 2 cores and i heard theres only little difference in performance for extra 50$. true?
if it is gonna be the low end 930 or 940m, won't it bottleneck the processor anyway?

if the gpu is weak, is 8 gb ram necessary? i fear any above 4gb will simply not be used.

I just want to run dark souls3, 720p is fine with any settings as long as it is 45 fps and here I'm confused with all these options. a badly built 940m or some 930m with i5 8gb or 930 with i3 4gb(saves 100$) or something totally different maybe?

i will be using one of these sites
www.amazon.in
www.flipkart.com
www.snapdeal.com

the number is 40k = strictly under 600usd. just want the best performance this money can get me.

thanks.

Maybe on low at 720p you can get near 45fps, that is debatable though. Look for a used gaming system instead that you can test before buying, a 970m used system wold be in that budget. A newer 960m also.

Aside from that, I would not spend money on a laptop under $800 for any newer games, if you do, don't expect any new games to run smoothly, although a 940m should handle low settings at lower resolutions.
