Gaming spec required

I am looking to buy a laptop for gaming mainly for fm17 but I would like to play other games too is this spec enough to get me by, I'm new to pc gaming so am unsure spec:64 BIT OPERATING SYSTEM, WINDOWS 10 HOME, INTEL CORE I5 410M 260GHZ, NUIDIA GEFORCE 840M GRAPHICS CARD and 8g of ram thanks for any help

The laptop is a bit dated, but it does exceed the minimum requirements for the game by a lot. So you should not have any problems running the game.

You won't be able to play other games with that graphic card, at least not recent ones. I wouldn't buy a laptop or pc just for one game.

Thanks jaguar, do you think it would manage many more games and how old would you say the laptop is based on the spec

It would probably run pretty recent games at low detail. Medium at most if they are not very graphic demanding. If you can't afford a good Gtx now, I would wait.
