Hi guys, my question is can I just buy that without 128SSD for 100 cheaper and install my own SSD (I got one laying in my room) inside the laptop?

The answer is yes, that laptop actually has 2 drives already. 1 is a regular HDD and another 1 which is a SSD where your operating system will be installed for maximum performance.
