Question Getting a new laptop motherboard

Hey guys, I have a MSI laptop model GP62 MVR 7RFX. I am not so familiar with laptop hardwares and currently it just would not turn on. It's probably caused by the GPU or the motherboard since I tried connecting my laptop to an exteral display and it did not show anything. I want to know if the GPU is fixable without having me buying a new motherboard.

does the laptop make noises like fan and HDD spin up or nothing at all? Any lights blinking?

Fans and hdd do spin up but nothing lights blinking.

remove the HDD and battery (charger jack as well)

press the power button for about 20 seconds, replug the power jack and reboot
