GF needs a new laptop because her current laptop's battery is completely dead and is forced to be pluged in 24/7. (also not worth replacing the battery)
Total budget and country of purchase: Hoping to stay under 900$ if possible. USA.
Do you prefer a 2 in 1 form factor, good battery life or best specifications for the money? Pick or include any that apply. I’m pretty sure she would be fine with less battery time if it means more performance everything else is whatever.
How important is weight and thinness to you? Not important at all she carries a 4/5 pound laptop or atleast it feels like it.
Which OS do you require? Windows
Do you have a preferred screen size? If indifferent, put N/A. N/A
Are you doing any CAD/video editing/photo editing/gaming? List which programs/games you desire to run. Light gaming, she plays hunipop/portal/any indie games, most extermely games are skyrim and bioshock. She also uses kirita to draw.
If you're gaming, do you have certain games you want to play? At what settings and FPS do you want? she doesn't really have any but i was thinking she should get a 1050ti around so that she doesnt have any probelms later down the line.
Any specific requirements such as good keyboard, reliable build quality, touch-screen, finger-print reader, optical drive or good input devices (keyboard/touchpad)? she likes to type a lot so a decent keyboard would be nice and she says she likes a little seperation between the arrow keys and the other keys on the keyboard.
