Ghost Image

Friends What's your opinion bout the use of ghost image to restore windows?As one of my friend was saying that restore windows with the help of Ghost image is not good for your hard disk.Is this true?

Are you talking Norton Ghost? I've never had an issue with it, and there's no reason on why it would bad for a hard drive.

It's a fantastic piece of software. I use it almost everyday in an enterprise environment, for PC deployment.
