Gionee phone is not turning on after charge

I took battery off and inserted it again but no response yyy

Can you see that it is charging?

Try another charger or a PC/laptop/power bank

maybe battery is dead
maybe a hard reset can help (all data on the internal storage will be lost, sd card will be fine though)
