Everybody and their 2nd cousin had a PS2 and played the first two God of Wars. GoW3 is the one in the series millions of 360 converts skipped on.

Now the tables have turned and over 40% of PS4 owners didn't own a PS3. Myself in this group have been salivating over GoW3 for many years. It was a Day 1 buy for me as will be the Uncharted Collection. I don't see the problem with this. The remaster wasn't developed by Santa Monica Studios but a small team at Wholesale Algorithms. Thus it didn't sap any resources from the new GoW that has been in development headed up by Cory Barlog.

GoW 1 and 2 have already been remastered in HD and you get a free pass to play them for free on PSNow when you buy GoW3. Don't want it, don't buy it, stop complaining about it because there are millions of 360 to PS4 converts buying this stuff up like hotcakes.
