Good android phones with NFC

I'm in the market for an android phone. I'm thinking about the HTC Inspire but I also want one with NFC capabilities. Is the Nexus S worth buying or should I wait for more carriers?

nexus s is the same as samsung galaxy s1 but without 720p video recording...i would recommend waiting for more phones 2 come out
