Good Deal? Lenovo Thinkpad W520

I found a Lenovo Thinkpad W520 that I can probably get for $300 on my local craigslist. It has been upgraded and the specs are
i7-2760QM
Intel® Core™ i7-2760QM Processor (6M Cache, up to 3.50 GHz) Specifications

24gb DDR3 1333MHz RAM

600gb Intel SSD

I will be using the laptop for casual gaming, schooling, and general web browsing when I am away form my desktop. Is this laptop worth getting for this price considering the specs? I've always been fond of thinkpads with their simplicity and keyboards.

It is a pretty good laptop. However, the integrated Intel HD 3000 is not really good enough to play current "casual" games. It was okay back in 2011 when it was new, but even then it was not that great for "casual" games.
