Good laptop for a gaming YouTube channel

I need a laptop for gaming but i also want to start a YouTube channel so i need something that can record and edit videos also. Im aware that desktops are better but my parents are divorced so i need a laptop to bring between houses. I was looking at the MSI gs70 stealth and the asus rog g70jx. My budget is probably max 2 grand. please help!

The Msi has a Gtx 765m and The Asus has a Gtx 770m

The 770m is faster and better for editing and gaming. but if you want a small gaming laptop go for msi.

Also how come you dont just buy a game pc? for a 2000 you could buy a $1000 pc and $1000 laptop

lenovo y510p this will cost you about a $1000-1200
I have one.I use it for gaming when i am not home
it has Intel Core i7 4700MQ(2.40GHz),
12GB Memory, 1TB HDD, 8GB SSD,
NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M SLI
1920 x 1080
Windows 8

Also you could build a small gaming pc. if want i will show you some parts
some thing you could take to your moms and dads a small xbox type pc that will eat xbox one and ps4 and it will play games better than any laptop and stream and edit.

I would really appreciate that but it turns out that my budget got lower because this will be a Christmas gift so a 600-700 dollar build would be great.

I recomend getting A desktop if your going to do hardcore gaming, At least you can upgrade A desktop if needed.

So you switched down to around 600$ which is what my price range is as well. Ive been looking for a while and found the best deal so far on costco.com for the http/www.costco.com/HP-ENVY-15t-Quad-Laptop-|-Intel-Core-i7-|-Non-Touch-15.6-inch-Display.product.100077282.html

right at 600$ it has 8g ram, i7-4700mq with intel 4600hd graphics, and a 1tb hdd. nothing spectacular but neither is your budget. They also have the exact same version available in the amd a10 5750m version with the radeon 8650g graphics apu and 12g ram, not sure which one would be better for gaming i think they both rank about the same....hours of searching has proved fruitless for a direct comparison on these two exact cpu's graphics performance. Only that the a-10 is better then the older 3rd generation intel ivy models.
