Can he play COD advanced warfare(around 30fps on low-medium) on any of these? Can anyone suggest laptops around the price range of these laptops? His budget is around Rs.35,000. Thanks!

Of the one's you've got picked out there, the Asus X555LJ should provide more than enough horsepower for COD advanced warfare on low settings and is the best pick of the bunch. It packs a 920M with 2G DDR3 Vram and nice little i3 and 4G RAM. The native res isn't too high that you're straining the GPU to match the in game res so it'll still look lovely.
