good open ear around the ear headphones

So I have two tvs in the living room, I need headphones that have a mic if you can, and are open so I can hear everything around me, and go around my ear. I want to be able to use with xbox one, ps4 and pc, wired or wiresless with the extra mic wire for xbox is cool either way, if supports surround sound virtual or not is a bonus. I have been looking all over for something, doesn't have to have a mic there are work arounds. I want to be able to play my games and watch tv with my gf and be able to hear her and other tv, while trying to keep my game sounds to me. They don't have to sound great either they won't be used as the master headset I have astro a50s Logitech g930 and a pair of marshalls, but none of them allow me to hear anything but the game unless I take a ear cup off and loose sound. I would rather loose quality over complete one side lose. Looking to spend around $100
