Good Over-Ear Headphones for music?

My price range is from around $25-45. I'm looking for a pair of over-ear headphones with good sound quality. I pretty much don't know anything about that stuff, but if it helps, I really hate the way the Jaybird X2s sound. I'm also going to be using them for gaming, so it would be pretty cool if it came with a mic. Thanks.
Edit: So right now I'm trying to decide between the Sennheiser HD 201 headphones, the Turtle Beach - Ear Force X12s and the Logitech G230 Stereo Gaming Headset.
Edit 2: Found this in an HD 201 review: " Until hearing the Turtle Beach Ear Force X12, these were the best sounding headphones I've ever heard." I think we've found our winner.

Very clear, with really convincing bass.
