i am going to purchase a laptop so i just want to know that which one is best from Dell,Hp compaq,lenovo, acer

I'd put Lenovo at the top of that group.
In general the business models of laptops (Lenovo Thinkpad, Dell Vostro & HP Probook) have better build quality and usually a bit more robust.
It still makes a difference what model you chose. Some models are just better than others, even in the same price range.

I can attest to the build quality of ThinkPads. My IBM ThinkPad T40 from 2003 still works today. It is solidly built.
