Good setup for 2.1 speakers?

This is my current setup that I illustrated. NOTE: the sub is 12 inches away from the wall that is behind it, and I have an open closet behind my desk.

I see nothing wrong with that set up. Very similar to mine.

Looks completely normal. Just make sure there is nothing close to subw that could start ringing in case you like to push the low frequencies 'a bit louder'

Computer is at ears level, me don't like fan/hd noise, vibration etc. but that's just me.
