A counterpart to other AI-s out there (Siri, Alexa, Cortana etc.), Google Assistant is a cool feature for Android phones. It can do a lot of things like organizing your day, giving you directions to places, telling you the latest news and many more.

All of those great features don’t matter if you’re Google Assistant can’t hear you, which can be an issue for some users. If you’re experiencing a problem like that, you’ll need to fix it if you want to use the Google Assistant. So, here’s how to fix this issue.

    ■ First, make sure that the voice language settings are set to English (US or UK). Find and open the Settings on your phone (the location might be different depending on your phone and system version).

    ■ In here, select all and you’re done(you don’t need every single one, but it’s easier this way. When Google Assistant starts working you can just return here and deselect the ones that aren’t needed that much).
