Ebook can be read from any device? Is this ebook has DRM? If no DRM publisher may not want to sell ebook in this form.

Amazon may not get 55% because most of the time they give up 30% discount to consumer. Google get 37%? That is way too high if they don't have to maintain DRM infrastructure.
