I need help sap on trying to switch my 3 dollars from google pay to paypal asap. I dont wanna loose my money.

What do you mean "Switch"? You have money in Google Pay account, you have PayPal account as well, and you want somehow your three dollars to jump over?

If Internet searches are any indicator - there's not a direct way. You have to move them first to your bank account, and them move over to PayPal. Or just buy an app or two.
