ohhh come on. this is just dumb. Its not like if you hang it outside no one can see it of snap a picture of it. This is why you hang it in the backyard :) out of sight....

im with alhanelem, why not hang it up in the bathroom,
it wont exactly make any difference it will just mean it wont fry as quick

@ nukemaster I don't think you've been to Japan before, almost everyone lives in apartments, there is no 'backyard' for them.

@alhanelem Have you ever successfully dried laundry inside without it taking forever?

yes, and you are ofiously doing it wrong,

put it up in the morning/afternoon and come back later that day or next day

besides its usually a much hotter climate in japan so it would dry quicker

why do you think the traditional japanise houses have paper windows?

becasue it never really gets that cold, thats why noob

(i admit i made that bit up about it never really getting cold)

but seriously if they were in such a rush to dry there clothes they would have a tumbledryer for most things

and if they keep runnig out of clothes/underware just buy more

I lived in japan. it gets very cold there, especially in northern japan. There are also a lot of mountains with cities and towns at high elevations....use your head.

because google is liable for your mental disorders, people will sue for anything.

azith look at my comment above yours, you would have seen that in the first one i was being sacastic, you should be ashamed of yourself that you didnt spot two comments above yours,

you should really go and get your eyes checked

I'm more surprised that she's only suing for ~$7,000. I'm so use to seeing frivolous crap like this and people wanting $5 mil+ in "damages". I guess that's the difference between the US and most of the world.

Agree with kin3000. Americans are crazy about suing. $7000 is not that big an amount, even if the reason is well, clicking pics of underwear.

shanky... grow up man.

agree with kin3000, $7000 isn't excessive. most likely it is just to cover time out of work and any moving expenses incurred. that said... the woman is quite paranoid. if the google car saw your tighties then so did your whole neighborhood. i think google has already taken the corrective action, no further response is necessary.

They showed the sky over my house! The sky! ...that, it was over my HOUSE!! it was THE SKY!

Seriously people...they're not responsible for how your psychological issues interact with their product.

I think they should just write her a cheque for the $7000 and call it a day. I'm sure that's less money than it would cost for their lawyers to even read over the case.

if she was that worried about it, or even the possibility of a sex crime, don't hang your underwear outside then?

No, because then they will get 10,000 similar lawsuits each for $10,000 or more.
