Got boot menu on my lenovo laptop...help?

Turn on my lenovo laptop got boot menu...is there a simple way of bringing back to normal operation?

Boot menu meaning it shows you an option to select what device to boot from? Does selecting the hard drive work?

selected all 1-4 options..
They all go back to Boot Menu

Need to start testing the drive, re-seat it in the computer, if that does not work, the BIOS may have a disk check utility to scan it. Remove it and see if another system can read the drive.
